دعا رئيس البرلمان الإسرائيلي أمير أوحانا خلال زيارة رسمية إلى الرباط الخميس حكومة بلاده إلى الاعتراف بسيادة المغرب على الصحراء الغربية، المتنازع عليها مع جبهة بوليساريو، معلنا أن هناك “محادثات جدية” بين الحكومتين بهذا الخصوص.
وقال أوحانا في مؤتمر صحافي عقب مباحثات مع نظيره المغربي رشيد طالبي علمي في مجلس النواب، “قلت وأقول بكل وضوح، بصفتي رئيساً للكنيست، على إسرائيل أن تسير باتجاه الاعتراف بمغربية الصحراء، تماما كما فعلت ذلك الولايات المتحدة بتوقيعها اتفاقات أبراهام”.
أكد رئيس الكنيست الإسرائيلي أمير أوحانا، أنه يدعم سيادة المغرب على الصحراء، مشيرا إلى أن “التاريخ يؤكد أحقية المغرب في الصحراء وستظل كذلك”.
وقال إن “الحكومة الإسرائيلية ستتخذ قرارها بخصوص هذا الموضوع قريبا، وهناك مباحثات بين البلدين بهذا الخصوص”.
وأضاف أوحانا “لقد عبرت عن ذلك سابقا وأجدد التأكيد عليه الآن، بصفتي رئيسا للكنيست وبكل وضوح: يتعين على إسرائيل المضي قدما نحو هذا الهدف المتمثل في الاعتراف بمغربية الصحراء أسوة بحليفنا الأقرب الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية”وتابع: “هناك العديد مما يجب أن نقوم به كدولتين، فتح علاقات تعاون متنوعة بين البلدين في مختلف المجالات الثقافية والسياحية والاقتصادية وغيرها”.
وأفاد أمير أوحانا أنه “عهد جديد في العلاقات بين إسرائيل والمغرب، يتضمن التعاون السياسي والأمني والمدني بين البلدين، هذه الزيارة التاريخية وتوقيع مذكرة التفاهم بين البرلمانات سيمهدان الطريق لرفع مستوى البعثات إلى السفارات”.
أمير أوحانا الذي يجري أول زيارة رسمية له لبلد عربي مسلم، ينحدر من أبوين يهوديين مغربيين، أمه تنحدر من مدينة وزان، ووالده ولد في مراكش، حسب ما نشرته مجلة جون أفريك الفرنسية، لكنه ولد في بئر السبع، وفضلا عن ذلك فهو يعتبر أول رئيس للكنيست يعلن مثليته الجنسية أمام العموم ومنخرط في الحركة العالمية للدفاع عن المثلية، ويرأس حركة مثليي الجنس في حزب الليكود.
ومن جهته قال رئيس البرلمان المغربي رشيد الطالبي العلمي: “المغرب هو أول دولة إسلامية تجرأت على دعوة رئيس إسرائيلي للكنيست، وصولك هنا شرف كبير لي، هذه علامة بارزة لمستقبل السلام في الشرق الأوسط، ليس من السهل الترويج لمثل هذه الدعوة، لكن التاريخ يصنعه الشجعان”
جاءت تصريحات أمير أوحانا خلال لقائه، أمس الخميس، مع رئيس مجلس النواب المغربي رشيد الطالبي العلمي، ومن المتوقع أيضا أن يوقع رئيس الكنيست على مذكرة تفاهم بشأن التعاون بين المجلسين التشريعيين ويلتقي بممثلي الجالية اليهودية في المغرب.
وأهدى أمير أوحانا نسخة من المصحف الشريف أعدت عن طريق تقنية النانو -والتي طورتها شركة مجوهرات إسرائيلي، ويبلغ عدد حروفه 320 ألف حرف- تمت طباعتها من خلال تقنية نانو- إسرائيلية بحجم 4.7 ملمتر وسمك صغير جدا بلغ 500 ميكرون.
وفي السياق استقبل وزير الخارجية المغربي، ناصر بوريطة، رئيس الكنيست الإسرائيلي، أمس الخميس، وأشارت وكالة رويترز إلى أن الحكومة الإسرائيلية تدرس الاعتراف بمغربية الصحراء، ما سيتيح للبلدين ترقية علاقاتهما الدبلوماسية.
وكان رئيس الكنيست الإسرائيلي، قد وصل إلى المغرب، اليوم الأربعاء، في أول زيارة لمسؤول إسرائيلي بمنصبه تلبية لدعوة وجهها له رئيس مجلس النواب المغربي رشيد الطالبي العلمي، وقال أمير أوحانا: “التاريخ يتشكل أمام أعيننا وهو يزف بشرى تعزيز وتوطيد العلاقات بين البلدين والتقارب بين الشعبين وتوسيع دائرة السلام” وتابع”حلم صنع السلام مع الدول الإسلامية محفور في قلوبنا منذ الأبد ولا أجدر من المملكة المغربية بين هذه البلدان العديدة أن تكون هي الأولى التي دعت رئيس السلطة التشريعية لدولة إسرائيل، والذي صادف أيضا أنه أول يهودي مغربي يتبوأ هذا المنصب، لإجراء زيارة رسمية إلى مجلس نوابها”.
ومن جهة أخرى نشر البرلمان المغربي بموقعه الرسمي أسماء النواب البرلمانيين المشكلين لـ“مجموعة الصداقة البرلمانية المغربية الإسرائيلية”، وهم نور الدين الهروشي عن الفريق الدستوري الديمقراطي الاجتماعي رئيسا للمجموعة، ومن عبد اللطيف الزعيم عن حزب الأصالة والمعاصرة.عن مجموعة للصداقة مع البرلمان الإسرائيلي، والمهدي العلوي عن الفريق الاشتراكي- المعارضة الاتحادية، بالإضافة لنادية تهامي عن فريق التقدم والاشتراكية، وعبد المجيد بن كمرة عن الفريق الحركي، و طارق قديري عن الفريق الاستقلالي للوحدة والتعادلية، إضافة إلى كل من شفيقة لشرف ورءوف عبدلاوي عن حزب جبهة القوى الديمقراطية.
وكان المغرب قد طبع العلاقات مع إسرائيل في 10 ديسمبر 2020 بوساطة أمريكية، مقابل الاعتراف بسيادة الرباط على منطقة الصحراء الغربية المتنازع عليها بين المغرب وجبهة البوليساريو منذ 1976.
